This form provides for on-line authorization of your IPVideo VMS system. You must enter all requested data exactly and accurately in order to receive a valid authorization code. The first three fields are absolutely required. The Serial Number was provided by IPVideo with your order and the Hardware Code is found using the Update Authorization button on the IP Server Manager.
